WHAT TYPE OF BREAD DO YOU BAKE?
All of our bread is baked fresh daily without the use of any preservatives. For our traditional sourdough we use a slow cold ferment over a 72hr period. This the first bake out of the oven and is ready for when we open Wednesday through to Saturday. Our ciabatta breads require a longer proofing time and are the last bake, usually out of the oven between 9:30-10am Tuesday through to Saturday. As our breads do not contain any preservatives you will need to make sure you tightly wrap your bread overnight to ensure it remains fresh for the next day. We are happy to take bread orders or make sure you get in early as we sell out most days.
WHAT ABOUT PASTRIES?
We bake a range of pastries every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These are handmade in store and always fresh. Like our bread make sure you get in early so you don’t miss out. Unfortunately we are not able to take pre orders for pastries.
DO YOU SERVE LUNCH?
We have a range of deli sandwiches which are made to order using our house baked ciabatta bread as well as a small selection of tasting plates. Our lunch menu is served from 10am (Tuesday - Saturday) until we have sold out of bread and is available for takeaway or eat in.

HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR MY GRAZING BOARD?
A booking form can be submitted online or pop into the deli if this is easier. Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received. Payment can be made by EFT, in store or over the phone.
DO YOU SUPPLY THE BOARD?
Of course for a small refundable deposit. All cutlery, boards and decor items are taken care of, we just ask that you return items within a week of your booking.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BOARDS?

BEFORE MY EVENT CAN I TRY THE CHEESE AND MEATS?
If you wish to try out our products before your event pop into the deli and we can offer you a tasting or perhaps try one of our tasting plates, the perfect size for a lunch.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
